These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PK Rain Technologies courses, labs, and related services. By registering for or using any of our courses in AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or Robotics IoT, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

2. Course Access and License

• Upon successful enrollment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course materials.
• You may not:
• Share your account credentials.
• Download, copy, redistribute or sell course content.
• Use lab environments for illegal activities.
• Certificates of completion are issued solely by us unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Payment and Refunds

• Course fees are displayed in INR and processed through secure payment gateways.
• Refund requests are accepted within 7 days, provided that less than 20% of the course has been completed.
• We reserve the right to modify course fees.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security features.
• Upload malicious code or viruses.
• Impersonate another person.
• Perform penetration testing on third-party systems without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

• All videos, code samples, lab exercises, and course materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Our trademarks and logos are our exclusive property.

6. Third-Party Tools and Open Source

Our courses may utilize open-source software and third-party simulators. Such tools remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Technical risks associated with AI, Cybersecurity, and IoT labs are assumed by the learner.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PK Rain Technologies, its officers, employees, and instructors from claims arising from misuse of the Service.

9. Termination and Suspension

• We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
• Certificates may be revoked.
• No refunds are granted for terminated accounts.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

12. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
• Invalid provisions do not affect remaining provisions.
• Failure to enforce rights does not constitute waiver.
