Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

By enrolling in any course or using any service provided by PK Rain Technologies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all students, clients, and users of our services.

2. Course Enrollment and Access

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment of the course fee.
• Course schedules, content, and faculty may change without notice at the company's discretion.
• Access to course materials is non-transferable and only for the registered student.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be provided under any circumstances after 30 days from the course registration date.
• If a refund request is made within the first 30 days:
  • The cost of classes already conducted (as per schedule) will be deducted.
  • ₹2,000 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Remaining balance will be refunded within 30 working days to the student’s bank account.
• All refund requests must be made via official email. Verbal or informal requests will not be accepted.

4. No Pause, Postponement, or Transfers

Once registered, students cannot pause or transfer their course. Missed sessions will not be rescheduled or compensated.

5. Course Material and Copyright

All course materials are the intellectual property of PK Rain Technologies. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Student Conduct

Any form of misbehavior, abuse, or defamation will result in immediate termination of course access with no refund and may lead to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

PK Rain Technologies is not liable for technical issues, scheduling changes, or any personal losses. We do not guarantee career placement or outcomes.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our official website.
